When we will receive your order, we will send you an e-mail with your order details and delivery time. As soon as your order has been made, we begin handcrafting your shoes in our workshop “Rokanidi” in Thessaloniki, in Greece.
Your shoes will be prepared between 3-4 weeks depending on the requirements and the waiting list at the time. In some cases maybe we will need less or more time. In any case, if you want to know about the delivery time, before the order, please, feel free to contact us (by a phone or an e-mail) and we will tell you when they will arrive to you. Let us know, also, if you have a particular event and you need them, we will do our best for having them.

Before we send any finished order, we check it carefully, to be just perfect. So, when you get the new shoes, it will be in the best condition. Try them with socks on indoors (better to walk only on carpeted surfaces) to avoid marks and scuff on soles. Be sure that is the correct size and they fit well. If not, please contact us (by phone or e-mail) to advise you on the next step.
Our items are delivered in Greece by using Elta Courier and in Europe and Worldwide by Hellenic Post, sending as registered parcel with tracking number. In that case after the delivery we send you by e-mail the tracking number, so you can check anytime where the parcel is, in the official website www.elta.gr
Orders will not be accepted, without full payment.
The costumer is responsible for correctly measuring their foot with the instructions we have given.
Returns
Under our 20-day return policy, you can always return and exchange your custom shoes, under the follows terms and conditions:
- You can return and exchange your custom shoe, only if the number doesn ‘t fit correctly. In that case you can replace your shoe, with another in bigger or smaller number.
- We have a 20 day return policy. After that period, we will not accept returns.
- Before returning them, be sure that they are in the same condition you received, without any worn.
- Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
