Measure the length of your feet

 In order to measure the length of your feet, place a sheet of paper against the wall. If you will be wearing the footwear with socks have these on your feet as well. Place your foot on the paper with the heel against the wall. Mark your longest toe on the paper using a pen or pencil and then measure the length from the wall to this mark.
Remember to do this with both feet, as most people have one foot longer than the other and this is the foot that footwear size should be selected on.

Measure your feet width

In any case you think that the width of your foot is not regular but wider than normal, it will need extra measurements.

It is necessary to measure the circumference around the Metatarsal Arch (A) – the widest part of the foot from the big toe joint over to the little toe joint and circumference of the Arch (B).

Use the tape measure to measure these two points in mm making sure the tape measure is firm to your leg.

Please take care to be accurate. Measure twice to be sure.

Please note that many people have one foot that is longer or wider than the other. It is important to buy your shoes in the size that accommodates the length and width of the larger foot. Notice also, that you can put an extra insole to fit the other foot.

Take your foot length –remember, if one foot is bigger than the other to use the longer one-, and review our size chart to select your size.

If you are not sure if you have got the correct size, compare it to your casual footwear shoe. It should be close to this.
