Return Policy

Under our 20-day return policy, you can always return and exchange your custom shoes, under the follows terms and conditions:

1. You can return and exchange your custom shoe, only if the number doesn ‘t fit correctly. In that case you can replace your shoe, with another in bigger or smaller number.
2. We have a 20 day return policy. After that period, we will not accept returns.
3. Before returning them, be sure that they are in the same condition you received, without any worn.
4. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
